1.1. "iTHINK EDU" is the trade name of the digital education platform owned and managed by Mr. Tran Trung Kien.

1.2. "User" or "You" refers to an individual or organization using iTHINK EDU's services, including teachers, students, parents and other related parties.

1.3. Personal Data refers to information in the form of symbols, writings, images, sounds or similar forms that can identify a specific individual. Including:

  • Basic personal data: Full name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email, personal photo, school/class information, login credentials, learning activity history, etc.
  • Sensitive personal data (if any): Student health information (if declared), family status, biometric data (if collected), etc.

1.4. Processing of personal data refers to actions such as collecting, recording, storing, accessing, using, sharing, deleting or destroying personal information.

1.5. Third Party refers to organizations or individuals outside iTHINK EDU involved in processing user data under contracts or legal regulations.

  • Full name, phone number, email, gender, year of birth, avatar, school/class information, login account.
  • Data generated during iTHINK EDU usage such as: learning results, assignment history, conversations with teachers, interaction activities.

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Processing

iTHINK EDU collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Registration, verification, and management of student and teacher accounts.
  • Providing learning services, assignments, exams, and result reports.
  • Communication between teachers, students, and parents.
  • Technical support and processing of feedback and complaints.
  • Improving service quality, analyzing user behavior to suggest suitable content.
  • Sending notifications, newsletters, learning content updates (can be declined).
  • Complying with legal obligations and handling disputes if any.

4.1. iTHINK EDU commits to:

  • Accounts are protected with passwords and OTP.
  • Data is encrypted during storage and transmission.
  • Automatic session logout after periods of inactivity.
  • Unauthorized access risk alerts and password change tools provided.

  • Withdraw consent for data processing.
  • Request access, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to the use of personal data.

All requests will be processed within 72 hours (unless otherwise specified by law).

  • Protect access information and not share account/password.
  • Not use the service to transmit content that violates the law or affects others.
  • Proactively notify iTHINK EDU when detecting data leaks or unauthorized access.
7. Data Retention

  • For as long as you use iTHINK EDU.
  • Or for the period required by law.
  • Or until you request data deletion (unless otherwise specified).
8. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We only share data in the following cases:

  • With technical partners to operate the system (e.g., server providers, data analytics companies), subject to clear security binding conditions.
9. Personal Data Deletion

We will support users in deleting all personal data on the iTHINK EDU system in the following cases:

  • Upon your request: Access the iTHINK Student app with your account and password, then select "Account => Settings => Delete Account". We will receive your request and process it within 72 hours.
  • You have not used your account for 12 consecutive months. We will freeze the account, then delete your account within the following 3 months.
